PROGRAM PILLARS

Three (3) main pillars that will be the focus of this mentorship program. We'll be rotating focus on these pillars regularly and going as deep as needed. 

Vocal Mastery - EVERY Kingdom Singer should be continually improving vocally and striving for excellence and mastery of your instrument. I'll help you identify your next level and we'll create an action plan together on how to achieve it. EVERYONE has a NEXT. In these last days, God is calling Kingdom Singers to enter into a greater realm of learning not just how to sing but how to command SOUND to facilitate an atmosphere for Him to move. 

Spiritual Development - In the Kingdom, your effectiveness is not just based on talent or gifting alone. The anointing - the ability of God - is the great equalizer, and can be strong through you no matter your level of vocal ability. You cannot minister effectively without it. Whatever level you're on...you should be GROWING in your anointing and how to release it on a greater level. We should be learning how to follow the Spirit better and better as we sing! 

Kingdom Service - Are you one that should be recording and/or writing the songs of heaven for this age? Are you singing somewhere in your local church/community/ministry - REGULARLY? Are you using technology and media to be a blessing to the Body? If not, and you are willing, we'll craft a plan to get you active again, including opportunities within my programs for you to exercise your gifts. King David's primary assignment was to be king, but he still found time to write psalms! So even if your main assignment is in another area, if you have a singing/music gift, you should be using it!

WHAT TO EXPECT

START DATE: Enrollment starts OCTOBER 1, 2025

FREQUENCY/CADENCE: 

-Twice a month: Two (2) 90-minute instructional working sessions per month (online via Zoom)
-Once a quarter: "Practice The Presence" sessions (Develop in moving with the Spirit vocally - online via Zoom)

SESSION DAY OF WEEK: 

- 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month starting OCTOBER 2025 (falls on Monday October 13th and 27th in 2025)
- Pillar focus will rotate monthly or quarterly depending on where the greatest needs are and how the Spirit leads

TIME: 

7:00pm - 8:30pm US ET

WILL SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

YES! It's ok if you can't make every session. Each call will be recorded and made available to access 24/7 in the Teachable app in the Replay section.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CALLS?
1) Sunday Service Debrief - What went well, what were your challenges/frustrations? Can also include midweek service feedback. (This is a safe space!)
2) Impartation from me on pillar topic (~20 minutes)
3) Roundtable Discussion - EACH singer gets your own individual slot of time to ask questions, update us on your goals, what you're working on or where you're stuck - vocally, spiritually or with your area of service. (I'll be keeping up with your goals and progress week to week.)
